My experience with Alex was at a time when the market was shifting, not to my benefit, as the seller. Not only did Alex sell my place, he also got me into my new place as well. His knowledge of the market and many open houses, and putting up with my countless calls and texts about finding a new place and selling mine, was a challenge and Alex rose to the occasion. I was able to close on both places in the same day and I felt very confident that Alex could and did get the job done. He even came over on a Sunday evening during his dinner with the family to let me in my condo since I locked my self out. In the event that I do move again or know of anyone of my friends or family who are Alex will be my recommendation 100%!

From the first day of becoming introduced to Karen through closing and even after Karen has always gone beyond my expectations. We are on our second go-round of working with Rick & Linda on a real estate transaction. First time we were on the buying end and trying to find a home from afar as we were living in Texas and making the move to Florida. Rick and team always work it from the ground up. Taking the time to find out who you are, where your work is and what your interests are. They find areas you are interested in possibly living and will pull homes based on your desired area and home types along with using their expertise and local knowledge to find other areas that may interest you. Rick is always communicating and keeping you in the loop as homes move fast…me missed on a couple but Rick found others until we found that perfect home. We recently used Rick (and we can’t forget Linda) to list and sell that same home he sold us. This time we were building a new home and needed some flexibility in timing for the listing, the sale and closing and some possible rent back. Rick took the ball and ran with it on EVERYTHING we asked of him and he ended up finding us the perfect buyer with a sale over asking and all the flexibility we could ask for. It’s the attention to needs and the details that ultimately get things done and Rick and Linda provide all of that. Happy to have them as our realtors and now call them friends.

In just about every industry there are people that go through motions and those that go above and beyond. To me, this is what separates the good from the great. Wendy proved to my wife and I that she is a great real estate agent, and she did this on day 1. But to be honest, we realized this within 10 minutes of meeting her. But as they say, the proof is always in the pudding; it was good pudding. Not only did Wendy find a house that NO ONE was able to see, she was there for every aspect of the sale. We were from out of state and country, so maybe a little blind. She took care of everything, and her network is efficient. There was not 1 step in the entire process that Wendy was not involved in. She found a home that wasn't being shown, she negotiated on our behalf, and she was in-person for everything. We had a leader at the offer, negotiation, inspection, re-inspection, financing, home insurance, wire-transfer, closing, and even walked us out-of-towners through everything we needed for a working/operating house. We were a team for sure. As a 20+ year experienced salesman, I know the greatest deals are built on relationships. During this particular deal we found a friend. We look forward to the next years with Wendy and Josh, beginning with the house-warming party. Wendy, maybe you can help me find some trees that face north... Inside joke.
