Kathy and her Husband (Rob) make an amazing team. My husband is pretty laid back, while I OVER worry and question everything. Kathy was great at answering all my questions and helping me under the process. We looked at dozens of houses, all of them in the evenings or on the weekends as both my husband and I work. I remember standing in a house, I looked at Kathy (being pregnant and trying to not have a break down on her) apologizing for "wasting" her time. She told me, I was doing just the opposite. Each house I did not like, I had a reason and that reason helped her to locate our home. She made sure everything worked out for our growing family. Not long after the purchase of our home, we had the opportunity to purchase the side lot next to our home! Best believe we did not think twice to call Kathy! I remember it like yesterday, I text her on a Sunday and she called us hours later saying the seller was willing to counter our offer! She had the deal done in less than a week. I text her the day I made our first payment, because it was still so unreal. When the time comes for us to purchase our next home or property, we will be reaching out to Kathy.
