In just about every industry there are people that go through motions and those that go above and beyond. To me, this is what separates the good from the great. Wendy proved to my wife and I that she is a great real estate agent, and she did this on day 1. But to be honest, we realized this within 10 minutes of meeting her. But as they say, the proof is always in the pudding; it was good pudding. Not only did Wendy find a house that NO ONE was able to see, she was there for every aspect of the sale. We were from out of state and country, so maybe a little blind. She took care of everything, and her network is efficient. There was not 1 step in the entire process that Wendy was not involved in. She found a home that wasn't being shown, she negotiated on our behalf, and she was in-person for everything. We had a leader at the offer, negotiation, inspection, re-inspection, financing, home insurance, wire-transfer, closing, and even walked us out-of-towners through everything we needed for a working/operating house. We were a team for sure. As a 20+ year experienced salesman, I know the greatest deals are built on relationships. During this particular deal we found a friend.
