While shopping for our first home we didn't think we'd need an realtor...Marla saved us several thousand dollars and made the whole process easy. She found things during the new home walk through that I would have missed. Even with my extensive knowledge of home construction! She met us at the sale center -on day one and kept us informed every step of the way with how to proceed. She played hard ball with the builder when necessary to get our home closed quickly. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house. I know I can trust her if needed in the future , she's certainly proven herself.
