Mike had more knowledge than I expected. Between finding a home in my limits both location and price to giving me updates on houses that arrived on the market. He always was ready to show my wife and me a house when we’re ready. He didn’t rush us into making any decisions that could affect us negatively. It was always if we have any questions or if we needed anything to be fixed before closing. He also made sure to get all the information on everything from the roof down to when every was installed or changed. He made the home buying process very understandable and clear from the first day. Highly recommended.

It’s no secret that buying a home is a stressful process. It changes not just your home, but where you live, where you shop, where your kids go to school, how close or far your friends and family will be. I couldn’t imagine trying to navigate so many important life decisions with a real estate agent I could not trust. I am deeply grateful to have found Deidre. She has been such a tremendous support in our lives through this process, and has made buying a home through her as easeful and graceful beyond what is imaginable. Even though we first started working with Deidre while we were out of state, she was able to zero in on exactly what we were looking for, while providing essential information you can’t find online. Each home she showed us just kept getting closer and closer to our dream home. And then, one day, we found it. While we were excited, we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to afford it. We needed an experienced Realtor when looking for a vacation home in Florida. We were referred to Realtor Leigh Anne Rodgers by a dear friend. Having been a Realtor myself for over 25 years it was imperative that we have complete trust in our agent when buying property 900 miles from home. We knew from our first phone conversation with Leigh Anne that we were dealing with a true professional. She knew exactly what questions to ask to determine our needs, wants, and budget and she answered every question we had along the way. Our list of must haves was lengthy and Leigh Anne was forthright in stating that "It might take a miracle to find everything we were asking for, but she would do her best." And that she did! She began sending us property listings daily that best fit our requirements and several looked promising. We made the trip down to meet Leigh Anne and view the properties. They were really nice, but not 'the one'. A few days after we returned home my husband drew my attention to a brand new listing that Leigh Anne had sent us that morning. He said, "It just might be perfect." He was right! It had every single thing we had asked for and more. I called Leigh Anne in a panic! We had just returned home and this property would surely be sold by the time we could make another trip from KY to FL. In her professional Leigh Anne style she said, "No problem". (The property is 2 hours from her office so "her best" was amazing!) She made an appt. for a virtual showing for the very next morning and she showed us every last detail of the property, inside and out. And we loved it! She wrote up our contract, got it accepted, walked us through all the financials, and had our closing set and done in less than 30 days from start to finish.
