Most realtors want to sell you a home.. Wendy wants to find the PERFECT home of your dreams. She takes the time to get to know her clients and their wants as well as needs. Wendy Lynn is the epitome of professionalism and integrity. Above all I appreciate her honesty and her being forthright. We were shopping for a house long distance which was challenging. Wendy's knowledge of the area and neighborhoods was impressive. One time I sent her a listing I liked. She told me I wouldn't be happy there then explained why. She is as right ! It was something I wouldn't have even thought of! She is very accessible. Phone calls and texts are always returned in a timely manner. . After some months of communicating back and forth, I finally flew down to see visit the Sarasota area firsthand. I met Wendy for the first time. It was like getting together with a close friend. After 2 days of looking at houses, we put an offer on two, and one was accepted the same day! I am an antiques dealer and well versed in the art of negotiations, however, Wendy was essential in navigating and facilitating the entire transaction from offer to closing. She made it a smooth and easy transaction for us. She is a "trooper" and she was our "boots on the ground" even after the closing. To say she was very helpful is an understatement. She anticipated our needs, meeting them in advance of our expectations. Wendy Lynn was a delight to work with . I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Sarasota area.
