Next was putting the finishing touches on my home before putting it on the market. Marla was great at advising about colors, fixtures, and layout options. Dealing with Brooks was such a pleasant surprise. I have to admit, I can be difficult with questions and expectations. Sadly, I went into the situation thinking it would be just another realtor doing nothing expecting a check. I was so very wrong. Brooks answered ever question immediately.
