Colin was great as usual. Sold my cabin north of Duluth in the Superior National Forest. He drove up at least 4 times, did showings and open houses, even helped me clean the cabin up. A 4 hour plus drive each way. Overall I'm rating Colin at a 10+ agent Thanks

Colin was great! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and pay under asking in one of the worst sellers' markets in my lifetime. He helped me learn a lot about houses along the way, and was a really fun person to go look at houses with.
