We had a great experience with Sue when selling our house. She has tremendous market knowledge, a good ability to find comps against quirky properties, and gives excellent prep, staging, and pricing advice. The marketing activities and photography of the home were very good. She's able and willing to explain the nuances of offers, inspections, and other procedures.
Sue was absolutely incredible, and we truly can't recommend her enough! Being first-time homebuyers from out of town, we relied on her immensely, and she navigated us through the entire process with ease. She genuinely listened to our needs and preferences, going so far as to spend an entire weekend showing us nine different houses, patiently helping us gauge what we truly wanted. Sue is extremely knowledgeable about the different areas and pricing. She was able to quickly determine our likes and dislikes to show us homes we would be interested in seeing. Sue responded to our numerous questions immediately through email and phone calls. She also helped us with local contractors to get prices on work we may want to do on our new house. I can’t say enough about the tremendous job she did for us and I have to say she is the best realtor we ever worked with (before and after marriage we purchased a total of 7 different houses between us so had experience with 7 other realtors before Sue).
