If you want your house SOLD, listen to Megan. She told us what needed to go, what needed to stay, what needed to be replaced and how to stage the house. She told us what she could get and how long it would take, and was 100% spot on. After other agents failed, she had an offer on our house in 30 days at the price we agreed upon. She followed up with every person who stopped by, called or emailed. She let us know specific feedback from every interaction. She simply could not have done a better job.
