Kristen is definitely top tier as a realtor. She goes above and beyond to get you everything you want in the buying and selling point, I’ve had her for both sides and she was amazing. Always honest in giving you all the details and will give it to you straight. She’s not going to give you a bunch of Nonsense to get you into a house she knows you won’t be happy in. I was always able to get a hold of her for any questions I had and she was always quick to respond with an answer. Negotiation skills? Ya she’s a beast. She’s gotten a lot of my family members into their dream homes including me, I 100% recommend her.
