Peter Parker was our agent when we purchased our home in Folsom nine years ago, and we recently worked with him again to sell our Folsom home and purchase a home in El Dorado Hills. Peter is extremely knowledgeable about the Sacramento area market, he always comes prepared and goes the extra mile for his clients. Wil took care of me and my wife from the beginning of the escrow process till the end. He was always avaliable if not by person by phone. The paperwork for myself being a first time home owner was confusing but willy was able to break it down for me and enjoyed clarifying what every aspect of what I was signing off on was about.
