We were very impressed with Nelida in the selling of our house. She was the consummate professional. She held a strategy discussion with us up front and made some really good suggestions. She then followed that strategy and it worked perfectly. The marketing of the house was spectacular - it was awesome to see the pictures of the house and the video of the house and surrounding area. It really made our house 'pop'. She also had excellent suggestions on staging, which we were able to do ourselves. And, most important to us, the whole process was so efficient.
