We recently purchased a home with the help of Peter Parker and The Peter Parker Team. Sacramento is a competitive market and finding the right home was a challenge. Peter Parker worked with us over months of time volunteering to check out properties and video them so we did not have to drive to Sacramento from Chico every time a home showed up. He went out of the way to help us find our home and get through the unending paperwork and necessary processes. The Peter Parker Team was great to work with! Thank you! And the surprise on move-in day was greatly appreciated.

Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. PETER PARKER was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. PETER PARKER is not only a fantastic realtor, he is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see PETER PARKER moved fast as houses were flying off the market. HE negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. PETER PARKER TEAM are amazing and I would highly recommend the them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won’t regret it.

: Lucky͏ to find Lori : Lori͏ was a friend of a friend, and has a stellar reputation as a realty agent in my neck of the woods. I am glad I reached out to her for help with the sale of my home. No doubt, as you would soon find out if she was your agent, she is on your team and focused on the mission. I don't buy/sell homes often, so it was a pleasure working with someone who made themselves available for questions and advice. Bravo Lori for making my family's experience a good one!

Lori͏ was a great partner in helping sell my cabin in Lake Tahoe. I was not on site for the listing so she helped to coordinate all the necessary people to get the place to market. We ran into winter and re-listed the property after the winter snow started melting and were in contract within weeks. The closing process was piece a cake. Thanks Lori for all your assistance.
