We had the amazing opportunity to work with Kristen We had the amazing opportunity to work with Kristen on buying and selling our house, and all I can say is wow! She was an incredible resource that helped us navigate buying and selling our house from staging, photography, managing the showings, inspections and helping us navigate the offers. We gave Kristen an almost impossible list of items we wanted in our price range. Of course, Kristen found us a home. :) As I sit in here on our porch looking over our pond in awe of what we have and all I can do is thank Kristen for working so hard to get us here.

Peter Parker and his team are fantastic! We had spent many years working with numerous real estate agents before we met Peter. The home we purchased with Peter representing us was a little complicated as it needed a ton of work so there was a lot of back and forth with the seller. Peter provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process and never attempted to push us in one direction or the other. In addition Peter provides his clients with a whole list of useful contact for new home owners. We have used several of the contractors Peter recommended and were extremely happy with their services too. Thank you for everything Peter!!!
Peter Parker
Peter Parker and his team really went to bat for us. He helped us find the house of our dreams. Then, seven years later when we had to move out of state for work reasons, he helped us sell it on short notice. He went above and beyond to make sure we got as much as we could, and to ensure there were minimal unexpected events. I'd highly recommend working with Peter and team--the best sort of folk to have on your side.
