Kristen has helped us with buying & selling a few times, but this last one took center stage. We planned to list for about a year, meticulously finishing the various projects recommended by her and consolidating our 16 acre estate into the more basic track home. When we finally listed & she coordinated everything! We moved into our new house but needed help with the “stuff” left behind. She coordinated an estate sale co where we made almost $20k on the stuff left behind. She also coordinated and was present for every inspection and she or her team were physically present at every showing. She took the stress from the process completely, allowing us to say goodbye to our family home and start the next chapter without any stress or anxiety from our house for sale. Her strategy to list lower paid off, but we were definitely skeptical. We expected to be on the market a few months! Our FIRST weekend on the market we got SEVEN offers! She guided the process of going through the offers one-by-one, presenting the offers and the families as a whole package. WHO bought our home was important to us since we loved our home and raised our kids there. We felt good about our decision and with her negotiation skills, we got $60k over our asking price, $25k for our farm equipment and we closed escrow in just SEVEN days! This was the best case scenario and it allowed us to move on quickly, without leaving any money on the table. If you need a realtor that knows how to do this job, hire Kristen and her team. She gets results and she’s proven her worth to us more than a few times. We will continue to use her and refer to her now and in the future.
