Dale's skill in developing my goals in purchasing my was outstanding. She then prepared a schedule of visits to several different condo developments all within my criteria showing me broad choices. On the first day we saw the ultimate property thus giving me a base line for comparison. The condo was great but the development was even better. She expertly guided me to find the optimal condo. She aided me through the process of negotiating a purchase price that locked in the unit, led the entire inspection process all leading to a successful purchase. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and since I am an out of town buyer, she set aside all the time needed to learn about the area so I was able to make educated, smarter decisions. Dale has built up an impressive contacts finding excellent referrals for the inspection, work people to fix any issues and even an agent for the condo insurance.
