We met Dale by chance and I can’t say enough about her and our experience. She was honest, thorough, hard working, and went above and beyond for us. Dale was always available day or night. Walked us through the entire process of our purchase which we bought sight unseen. I trusted her and the results were, we couldn’t be happier with our decision on both the property and our agent. I would recommend Dale to all our friends and family.

Colleen knew that this purchase would be a great investment to add to my portfolio and she knew exactly how to handle a tenant-occupied listing that needed a lease assignment. Not only did she negotiate with the tenants to increase the rent by another $500, but she handled all the subsequent lease renewals thereafter. Today, the house has doubled in value. I will forever only use Colleen for all of my real estate needs.

Lisa worked closely with my family for a house sale in Florida. She came prepared to the initial meeting and consistently provided intelligent and helpful guidance, clearly understanding market conditions and providing key insights on every step of the process. I was also very grateful for her thoughtfulness and patience. Highly recommend her to others!

My experience with Shadae has been the best ! She is very knowledgeable and ultimately had my best interest at heart. I was a little apprehensive to work with her at first because of the experiences I had with my previous realtor but once I saw she sold a property in the area that I have been dreaming to live in I said oh yea she’s the one !

When we decided to sell our Condo, we reached out to our management company who put us in touch with Andrea. She started us with a Comparative Market Analysis, based on the condo's location, age, size, and upgrades. A few weeks later we met, and were impressed with her market knowledge and friendly manner, and agreed to list the Condo. Andrea helped us work through all facets and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Once listed we had multiple offers, and were able to close two weeks later. I would highly recommend Andrea.
