My online search prompted an email from Robert and I remembered he helped us a few years back but before were ready to buy and how easy going and nice he was to work with, with a good sense of humor. In this competitive market you need a Realtor who can move fast and be a strong negotiator. Not only did Robert find us superior properties to the other realtors we tried, he got us in far more quickly to see every property we wanted to see, got our offers accepted, placed us with an excellent mortgage company and successfully negotiated with the seller. He also never complained or pressured us and always responded quickly to our calls and texts. I can recommend him without reserve and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future. A truly superior realtor!

I highly recommend listing your house with Lana Majewski of EXP realty. I recently listed my house ,that I had resided in for 2 decades, with Lana. I knew from the moment she took the listing it was the right decision for the sale of the home where I had raised my family. She set up the photo shoot right away and started her marketing plan, which resulted in multiple showings within the first few days of it hitting the market. She worked tirelessly until my house was sold, holding open houses and attending all showings, as well as advertising it on all media platforms. The end result was my house was sold quickly to a family that attended an open house hosted by Lana. Her professional and dedicated demeanor allowed her to represent both the sellers and buyers. I also should mention, that while she was diligently marketing my house, she was also searching for a rental home for me and a condo for my ex husband. It was not an easy task, Lana would work into the evening hours to accommodate our work schedules showing my ex husband and myself properties in completely opposite ends of the county and she did it all with a smile and a positive upbeat attitude! Selling a home that holds many precious memories is a bittersweet experience but Lana Majewski only added another sweet memory in that home. Mike is very professional and well spoken! Mike had done his homework with the market analysis report on the property. He had also made several recommendations and voiced any concerns on the condo unit!!! Very honest and truthful! Which is rare these days.. There are realators out there just to make a sale. He was definitely looking out for his clients!
