He had also made several recommendations and voiced any concerns on the condo unit!!! Very honest and truthful! Which is rare these days.. There are realators out there just to make a sale. Mike worked with me and my wife. Mike's knowledge of the area and the market where a blessing. Mike's knowledge of the market, and where we needed to be on the offer paid off, as the market had changed from 2 months prior. Mike was able to arrange the inspection , which helped uscon the insurance aspect. Although this was a conventional cash purchase, his knowledge of foreclosures and the ends and outs are a bonus. Mike correspondence is impecable, in that he is always looking to solve issues that arise which always happens in the realestate industry. Good luck, and we will be using Mike in the future!
