I feel extremely fortunate Eric Sater was my realtor . A year ago, I was looking into purchasing a property, however it wasn't the right time for me. I am forever grateful Eric was the one who answered my call, because it was a wonderful experience to be represented by Eric. Eric was always there for me. He answered my texts and calls in a professional way, and was always caring and compassionate to my situation. If any fires came up, Eric put them out, and we carried on! We decided to use Eric as our buyer agent although he was also the selling agent as well. Eric was very responsive and communicated everything very well. We purchased the home from Michigan, which we have never done before, but Eric was always responsive when we had questions and made the purchase very simple. We met Linda at an open house in Island Walk. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the home, the community and the Wellen Park area. She assisted with the offer process representing us very well. She was very helpful through the entire process helping with inspections, title, and insurance. She attended the closing and met us at the house after we closed. Linda was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. We are glad we met her and are now officially snowbirds.

I was selling my mom's Venice Condo in the Bella Costa Complex. My wife and I had just moved to Punta Gorda. I saw a flyer in my mom's mail with Sheila's name and update on Bella Costa Real Estate Market, which was helpful to me to see what properties had sold. She had done her homework and knows Bella Costa so I took a chance, as I didn't have many options. Sheila is very Professional, Knowledgeable, and an Experienced Real Estate Agent!! The Sale had a few snags (Lenders fault), but Sheila swiftly got the sale completed.
