We had the pleasure of working with Milanka on both selling and buying and she was amazing. We were selling our condo in a very tough market and she held open houses and put 100% focus on selling. We had an interested buyer and this is where Milanka went above and beyond. Her negotiation skills and follow up were top notch. I’m not sure the deal would have gone through with a less focused realtor. On the buying side we were so impressed. We looked at 50+ houses and Milanka was so patient. When I would ask to see a house she would respond immediately and we’d be scheduled within a day or so. Her responsiveness to any communication by me was outstanding. We finally found the right house and she walked us through step by step until the closing. We are so happy that we had Milanka represent us - we wouldn’t go with anyone else!!!

She was very sweet and went out of her way to help any way she could. Her availability was open for me and that helped with the required communication that was necessary to close. Working with her was a pleasure. We had issues with the seller and she helped us to negotiate and address everything with quickness and grace.
