Ashley is very familiar with the area we relocated to. She was able to tell us what roads go where, all about nature trails, cycling, kayaking in the area which was very important to us. Well versed on what amenities the various communities had and the proximity to things that were important to us. Always dressed immaculately. Quick to reply to texts and answer questions.

Great Experience
Eric helped us find the perfect trailer in the Shadowbrook Park. He knows all the trailers well and everything you need to know concerning them. Communication was good and he was happy to show me a place at a moments notice. Professionalism-good! The best part of working with him was that he didn’t push or pressure me in any way…. A pleasure to work with and would work with him again!!

Start with Karen as your realtor and finish with a friend!
Karen made a great first impression when we stumbled upon her as she was showing a home to her clients and we asked if she wouldn’t mind us seeing it also. We just hit it off and I knew when we were ready to look seriously, she would be the one we would call. My husband and I are from Illinois and were coming into Florida for a quick trip. We arranged for Karen to show us a few homes while we were in town. She asked all the right questions and got a good feel of what we were looking for. After we got home she kept in contact with us and would send us updates on newly up for sale homes. It didn’t take long for us to find one. It was only listed for one hour and she happily went out to the home that very day because she knew it was a good find. That night we had our offer in because another offer was going to be put in also. The next morning the sellers accepted. Very exciting! From that point on, Karen held our hands through the ups and downs of purchasing and reassuring us every step of the way. She answered our questions in a very timely manner. We really felt we made a friend who was looking out for our best interest. She referred us many wonderful professionals to help us also. Karen is very knowledgeable and was never pushy. We don’t think we would’ve made this long distance, sight unseen (other than FaceTime) purchase without her. We are looking forward to having a cocktail with her and celebrating in person when we make it down soon. You will not regret for a moment if you use Karen for your realty needs.
