Our experience with Charlie has been terrific over the past two years and he clearly exceeded our expectations of working with a high quality agent in the sale of our Florida home. He was very professional and treated us as though we were good friends. We live in the Boston area and the house we were selling was located in Zephyrhills, Florida. Although being at a distance would normally include some challenges, Charlie worked through all the distance relationship and made it very easy for us. We knew the house was in good hands with Charlie overseeing the property. He was proactive in updating us on any activity rather than us having to always call. In other words, he has excellent communication and follow-up skills. He continually provided good advise and always made us feel like an important customer.
