Sean reviewed the inspection report with me and helped me decide what issues to fix before putting my house on the market. He also connected me with a stager who helped my house look its absolute best when we put it on the market. Then, he put out some awesome advertisements on social media and otherwise. The result was that my house got multiple offers over asking price, was under contract in 3 days, and closed without incident. That absolutely would not have happened without an agent as well-versed in the Anchorage Bowl market and without Sean’s excellent advice and great advocacy. He was very patient throughout and never hesitated to explain things to me when I needed them. Sean was likewise indispensable when I bought my new house.
