With the current market we had to view many homes and place offers very quickly. She was great with all of that. She helped us with our offers and what she felt was fair given the different properties. She always had our best interest in mind. She wasn't just trying to make a sale she wanted a good home for us to grow as a family and it showed! The home we were able to get had some repairs that needed to be done and Michelle helped us get all that we needed to feel comfortable buying a home. Before listing my house for sale I interviewed 3 different agents from 3 different agencies. Each agent had the opportunity to visit my house & property and talk with me regarding the process of selling and buying. Michelle was the standout winner. Michelle was the only agent who actually looked at the whole of my property & saw the potential for different buyers. During the early part of the selling process there were some totally unexpected turns which Michelle handled like the pro she is. Michelle had suggestions that turned out to be spot-on to continue the keep the selling on track, with the home being sold quickly. When searching for a house to buy Michelle always pointed out issues of each that may have proved to be problematic in the future. I felt that Michelle had my back on evaluating potential problems that may need correction if purchased. Michelle was very quick to get back to me regarding my questions texted or emailed to her & kept me informed regularly of the process. I have found Michelle to be quickly available for questions & guidance from the beginning through the end of the complicated process. Should I go through the real estate selling/buying process again, Michelle would be my first choice to guide the entire process.
