We were selling a house for someone else in my family. Alan was quick to come take a look at it, give an assessment and an estimated sale price. (which was way more than I thought it would be) In addition, there were some legal issues involved with the sale. Alan helped us work through those. He got the house listed as soon as possible. We got a full value offer within a couple of days.

My lovely Bride and I have bought or sold about 10 homes in our lifetimes, all with the assistance of Realtors. Ashley Haerr is without a doubt the best Realtor we’ve ever worked with. She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling real estate, intelligent, dedicated, exceptionally responsive, and always cheerful. She gave outstanding customer service and always made us feel like we were her number one clients. I frequently sent emails and text messages after normal hours and she always responded promptly (even on her days off). She not only handled the negotiations and sale for us but lined us up with need repair companies for various things we had to take care of. Ashley sold our house for us in Sandy and gave us much appreciated technical advice on a replacement home we were purchasing with a different Realtor in Southern Oregon. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ashley.
