It was a pleasure working with Michelle in our home buying process. We were lucky to have found her by chance as we had called on a house that she was the listing agent for. Although we weren’t ready to jump into the process on that one. She gave us some pre buying pointers to prepare us for the journey ahead. Once we were ready we met with Michelle and she very patiently assessed our needs and very quickly got some houses to us that fit our needs. I was impressed that she didn’t try to send us houses that were out of our range and she really kept the search to houses that fit our needs at a reasonable price. We were selling a house for someone else in my family. Alan was quick to come take a look at it, give an assessment and an estimated sale price. (which was way more than I thought it would be) In addition, there were some legal issues involved with the sale. Alan helped us work through those. He got the house listed as soon as possible. She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling real estate, intelligent, dedicated, exceptionally responsive, and always cheerful. She gave outstanding customer service and always made us feel like we were her number one clients. I frequently sent emails and text messages after normal hours and she always responded promptly (even on her days off). She not only handled the negotiations and sale for us but lined us up with need repair companies for various things we had to take care of. Ashley sold our house for us in Sandy and gave us much appreciated technical advice on a replacement home we were purchasing with a different Realtor in Southern Oregon. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ashley.
