Michelle communicated with us as requested, she provided weekly updates on the status of our property. I was always able to always reach her with any questions or concerns. Michelle took care of everything (HOAs, Taxes and inspections) She was assertive, clear, straight to the point and very professional. Great experience for first time seller Michelle Way was great to deal with as a first time home buyer and seller. She helped me purchase my first home (HUD) which can be difficult, but she knew how to handle all the paperwork and made it a breeze. We just sold that house using her again and she was very knowledgeable on the current market and had our house for sale and pending within 4 days. I will definitely be using her for all my real estate endeavors.

Communicative, knowledgeable, amazing Michelle was amazing. We could not have asked for a better person to help us find our home. Her experience is unmatched. With the current market we had to view many homes and place offers very quickly. She was great with all of that. She helped us with our offers and what she felt was fair given the different properties. She always had our best interest in mind. She wasn't just trying to make a sale she wanted a good home for us to grow as a family and it showed! The home we were able to get had some repairs that needed to be done and Michelle helped us get all that we needed to feel comfortable buying a home. She was also very honest with us about what to expect and prices of certain repairs. With Michelle by our side we felt confident in our home buying!
