I was given Michelle's contact from a coworker and it was the best advice I was given. When we (my family and I) met Michelle, COVID had just taken off. Restrictions in place, social distancing just starting, and everything "normal" becoming topys-turvy, but despite all this, Michelle still treated us like an extended family. She willing listened to our needs, encouraged us to stay in our comfort zone, and expanded our searching horizons as we searched her listings, redfin and zillow. Throughout the process, Michelle always looked out for our family's interests, told us to not rush, and that the perfect house for our family would be there when we're ready - and it was! I'm thankful for the many miles she drove, text messages, phone calls, and emails. Buying a house was daunting and scary, but not with Michelle. If you need someone - she's your person!

I could not have asked for a better agent to represent me as a buyer. Michelle was exceptional at communication: always professional and courteous, concise without being curt. She also seemed to have a positive communication with the seller's agent. She maintained updates and communication with my loan broker. She was helpful in arranging the inspection. She was patient throughout the process, even as it involved several extensions. She was very helpful in the negotiation of the sale terms. Although not her only client, I always felt she offered her full attention and commitment to working with me. Overall, my experience working with Michelle was exceptional; I would have no reservation in recommending her service to others, and should I sell or buy, I will certainly turn to her again.

... of putting up with us wanting to sell, meeting with us, taking her time and energy, our house finally hit the market. God provided a perfect buyer in a short time and everything sailed thru perfectly. Michelle was very patient with us all those years. She is is very knowledgeable of her market and highly professional. She helped us thru contrary renters, buyers of a different language, and lots of money in the wrong place :).
