She even went out of her way to right wrongs done by the buyers agent to save the sale for everyone (even with a back up offer on contract). One of our favorite things about Michelle is that she was able to help us stay calm during the process of buying our house. Part of that was her personality, but more importantly we could count on her to communicate with us and keep us updated during the inspection and repair period. She was good at answering questions objectively and giving information to help us make decisions, without actually telling us what our decision should be. Kind, supportive, and professional!
