Michelle is truly the kind of agent you will want working for you! She is knowledgeable, extremely professional, prompt, has great communication skills, and overcomes any challenges. We needed a two month delayed closing and she didn’t even blink. She by nature wants to make sure the process of selling/buying leaves everyone with the best possible outcome. She even went out of her way to right wrongs done by the buyers agent to save the sale for everyone (even with a back up offer on contract). She cares about her clients and loves her job, both are evident in all she does!

One of our favorite things about Michelle is that she was able to help us stay calm during the process of buying our house. Part of that was her personality, but more importantly we could count on her to communicate with us and keep us updated during the inspection and repair period. She was good at answering questions objectively and giving information to help us make decisions, without actually telling us what our decision should be. Kind, supportive, and professional!
