It was a pleasure working with Michelle on a property that was (almost) out of reach! We helped a relative sell a house in Oregon as they were not mobile. Our agent at Windemere in Lewiston Idaho found Michelle for us in Sandy OR at our request. We were impressed and pleased with all Michelle was able to do for us. She found a contractor to make repairs to the home, a cleaner to get it ready to show, provided advice on all aspects of the process and took care of all details required to sell the home since we live in SE Washington. She took care of the septic pump out and also hired a contractor to put on a new roof which we needed to do after the home inspection. We signed all papers online and did the closing through a title company at our location. Michelle knows her business, is a terrific communicator and is also thoughtful and considerate. We trusted her completely to look after our interests as the sellers and now consider her a friend and someone we hope to keep in touch with.
