We sold our house in another state with a fast closing. We knew we wanted to move to the Pinehurst area but had only 2 1/2 days to find a house. Janet was able to line up multiple viewings in short order. When we arrived she took charge with viewings, pricing, and answers to all our questions. Her knowledge of the area allowed us to visit homes that fit our criteria without wasting time. She was successful in finding the perfect house, writing the offer, and completing the sale before we had to leave. All in 2 1/2 days. We closed yesterday and moved into our perfect home. Lisa made my experience very easy and comfortable, from day one! While touring the first home I had selected, we started talking about what I really wanted and how to find it. Once I explained everything, and briefly mentioned the neighborhood and why I wanted to be here, she immediately knew where to look. We left that first home and drove directly to the home I ultimately bought, and I knew it was perfect, even as unfinished construction. The buying process was very easy, thanks largely to how involved and attentive Lisa was...buying a home in the middle of a socially-distance environment isn’t easy, but Lisa helped with every step. She kept me informed, sent pictures of construction progress and contacted the builder and vendors throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the way this all worked out and I give Lisa all the credit for making it such a wonderful experience.

Before deciding that I was going to look purchase a home, I was very nervous. I had no knowledge of real estate or home purchasing. My job requires me to travel extensively and work all hours of the night and day. I am also a single mother. With that being said it was very hard to schedule home showings.
