Allison Garner was very knowledgeable and kept great contact, answered all my questions, and was a tremendous help. Allison could not have been better at her ability to do what she has done. She is a great asset to your company. I feel she has done more than enough to do her job. The kindness and politeness she shows is sincere. Was a pleasure to deal with Allison. Other agents was worried about making their profits instead of helping with what we were able to spend on our house. Allison Garner was all about taking care of her client, and helping us. Allison was not all about her self.

Allison was hands down the best real estate agent I could have hoped for. On multiple occasions, she went far above the standard in order to help me close on a home that truly fit me. Allison has extensive knowledge of the community, the market and the overall business. She made recommendations based on helping you, not on making profit. Since I was buying the home from out of town, she was able to help me conduct business on my behalf on multiple occasions. When my closing did not go as planned on got pushed back due to issues with the builder, Allison was there to negotiate for great accommodations. Allison is someone that I will continue to stay in contact with far after I am settled in to my new beautiful home.

As noted in all my comments Allison is the best realtor I have ever seen, and I have bought and sold many homes and properties in my lifetime. My previous realtor in the selling of the property could not touch her skills. Allison's enthusiasm, honesty, positive demeanor, professionalism, knowledge of the business, and feel for the market makes her the absolutely best in the business. It was a true personal pleasure to deal with her throughout this whole process. I would most strongly recommend her to anybody doing real estate business.
