I was referred to Katie through Rocket Mortgage -- and since I was only going to be in town once, how much she understood what I was looking for was very important. She showed this to be true in our one meeting. I saw one property with Katie and put in an offer which was too late on it. The rest of our transactions were done sight-unseen. I couldn't be happier with how this turned out. I plan on using the property as a vacation rental and she has helped me with every step along the way. Her attention to detail -- helping me find cleaners, talking to numerous property managers, having her photographer go in and take photos for the airbnb listing, staging the apartment with some of her own furnishings to brighten it up for the photos, turning on the heat for me prior to my first arrival in mid-November--everything has been above and beyond. I worked real estate for many years and know what it takes to be a good agent. Katie's was incredibly polite, hardworking, and made the entire transaction incredibly easy for me. If and when I buy another condo or house in the Pinehurst area, my first call will be to Katie.
