I'd give Jamie ten stars if I could! She took the time to listen to what we wanted/didn't want in a home and what our location preferences were, and she found us homes that met or exceeded most of our wants at our price point. She was always super responsive to questions we had and even helped us with questions we had about a home while she was on vacation. When we found homes we liked and wanted to see, she was at that house either that day or the next to give us a tour via facetime since we live out of town. Houses that we bid on often had short deadlines for bids and Jamie always had her ducks in a row and our bids always made it in on time. When we found the house that we really wanted she helped us figure out the best way to position our offer and what price to go in at to give us the absolute best chance that the sellers would accept our offer over others... and they did! When it came time for inspections and appraisals Jamie explained how it would all work, gave recommendations and kept us informed so we knew what was happening the whole time. We're so happy Jamie was with us on our home-buying journey and we can't wait to move into our new home!
