Amazing agent!!!
We sold our house in another state with a fast closing. We knew we wanted to move to the Pinehurst area but had only 2 1/2 days to find a house. Janet was able to line up multiple viewings in short order. When we arrived she took charge with viewings, pricing, and answers to all our questions. Her knowledge of the area allowed us to visit homes that fit our criteria without wasting time. She was successful in finding the perfect house, writing the offer, and completing the sale before we had to leave. All in 2 1/2 days. We closed yesterday and moved into our perfect home. You could not go wrong having Janet Dustin as your agent.
