After having our beautiful house on the market with another realtor for 4 months and still no sale, we were losing hope. I contacted ERA Key and simply said “Help! We need your best for selling in Leicester!” Then we were introduced to Sam. She listened to our goals (we were selling to move out of state), she was prepared with a new and fresh approach, and we got to work to get the house back on the market timely.
