Jake was responsive, professional and a creative problem solver. In particular, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the home inspection process, and was able to recall and explain numerous technical details that were raised by engineers and other inspectors as we were trying to understand the potential issues and expenses that would come with the property. He was great about following up and tracking down additional information that we needed to close the loop on all of the little but important details. In addition, he was friendly and easy to work with. I highly and enthusiastically recommend Jake.

Alyse was absolutely amazing to work with. She intuited our needs for selling the house quicklyand without hassle so that we could close out my dad’s estate. Jane has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in the area. She is very helpful in getting your home ready to show to its best advantage both inside and out. She set up and helped me run a garage sale, found local college students to do yard cleanup as well as an electrician and handymen/painters to update the interior. She has a great eye for color schemes and knows what is appealing to buyers in the area. In addition, she brought in two "stagers" to give advice, listened to my ideas, and worked with me on my scheduling so that everything came together smoothly.
