I just entrusted Alyse with the sale of a property in Walnut Creek. I live 450 miles away from this property, so all of our communications were via phone, text and email. She was fantastic! Incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, with great communication skills. It was a tricky transaction, but it was not a problem for her. One of the things I love about Alyse is she does not try to pretend that she has all of the answers, but with a group like Dudum behind her, she was able to get me what I needed quickly. Working with Alyse was like being in the trenches with a best friend. She was such a delight, like a ray of sunshine. I looked forward to her calls, we laughed a lot, we may have exchanged some words of frustration, remember, this was a complicated transaction. I already miss her being a part of my daily life. I am so incredibly grateful for the guidance and support she offered. She really knows her stuff and the market. I would use her again without hesitation.

I recently bought a condo in the Walnut Creek, CA area and had the great fortune of having Rachel as my realtor. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I found Rachel to be informative, helpful, and professional. I was a first-time home buyer and one busy Sunday showing houses she took the time to meet me at her brokerage in Lafayette for several hours to go over the entire home buying process so that when the time came this process would not be so bewildering to me. I found this experience to be enormously helpful. When the time came and we found a condo in Rossmoor I liked, Rachel was right by my side, immediately writing an offer, which was accepted. We even closed quickly on the sale, in large part because of the efforts Rachel made to facilitate that process. After the sale was completed, she helped me find a painter, a window treatment specialist, and a carpet cleaner. All her recommendations and advice have been so appreciated. Rachel is a warm and friendly person, with a keen attention to detail, a great combination in a realtor. Buying a home can be an emotional and stressful process, with ups and downs. Being longtime homeowners in Walnut Creek and getting into our later years, we recently made the epic decision to downsize and move closer to our kids in Sacramento. After 56 years in our beautiful home and neighborhood, this was a rather daunting thought as to how the whole process would work out. The sun was shining brightly on us the day we chose Lori and Cheryl as the Realtors to guide us through the weeks of getting everything in order to put our home on the market. With these two seasoned veterans in the Real Estate market at the helm, the confusion and somewhat anxious thoughts about our new journey were quickly dispelled after our first consultation. Open, honest and respectful discussions were had and they worked very hard to make it an exciting and seamless time in our lives. The preparations for arranging painting and staging were flawless and often made us wonder why we hadn’t thought of doing many of the changes ourselves over the years! The house looked fantastic when finished, in record time, to draw the right buyer at our desired price. We made two new and wonder friends and the many thoughtful and kind gestures such as flowers and yummy baked goods delivered to us were much appreciated.
