Trying to select the right Realtor can be a difficult decision; especially when you're not from the area. I had a very tight deadline where I needed to find a home and close all within 3-4 weeks. Brooke helped me with my property here in Naples Florida. Whenever I had a question she provided an answer. When she didn't have the answer at the tip of her tongue she looked it up and she came back with the right answer. She was always available to help me when I needed her. she looked up facts and figures for me. She gave me advice on neighborhoods ,properties , and values . David has been heads above every other realtor we've worked with. We have not had the opportunity to use his negotiation skills yet but he has excelled at every aspect of our home search so far. He has in in depth knowledge of the local market and has kept us informed of other local occurrences that he knows would be of interest to my husband and I. Even though we are several thousand of miles away we feel like we know the community and surrounding areas very well. It has helped reinforce that building a home in the area is the right choice for us. That above all else is David's goal for his clients; to ensure that they have a home that meets their needs and that it is the right choice for them. In our dealings with Chris, she was completely professional and attentive. She made herself available to us and communicated regularly throughout the home buying process. She did not push us to go outside of our comfort zone, and allowed us to set the pace for both the sale of our old home and the purchase of its replacement. Stuart was an amazing agent. He always had our best interest in mind and was not looking to make the first or fastest sale he could. He really listened to what we were looking for and only presented us with what fit the criteria. He never wasted our time. What also set him apart from every other broker we had worked with was his desire to make sure what we bought was fiscally sound as well. We ended up having to work from afar and he was willing to look at the properties before telling me if it was worth traveling to come see it. This was a huge help. Lastly he was extremely helpful even after the sale with the closing and everything that came up with the seller was taken care of with ease and pure professionalism. You will be lucky to have him work with you in finding the perfect property!

Keith has been a crucial part of my success as a real estate investor. He is a seasoned veteran in the SW Florida market and knows the area like the back of his hand. keith is very caring professional realtor. He is client-oriented rather than self seeking for commissions. He is very knowledgeable of the buying and selling process. He makes sure and has been very careful to abide by all the rules and laws.
