Scott was amazing! He helped us buy the most beautiful home in Naples. He understands the area of Naples, took the time to find out what our needs and likes were and found the perfect house for us. During the closing process he was responsive and helpful in coordinating everything. His assistant Suzanne is also a great asset. Between the two of them they responded to every email and call within a few hours. I highly recommend Scott Bertha!

My wife and I made a very quick decision to buy a vacation condo in Naples FL. We had less than a month before we had to leave Naples and go back home. In that short period of time, we needed to close on the condo, find a local contractor to do some remodel work while we are gone and set up a number of other local services while we were still in town. Scott was always there to make all of this happen (and in addition, to join me in some fun Pickleball games). Scott was always available to assist us in whatever we needed. His knowledge of local condo requirements and services was invaluable in making the entire process smooth and efficient. Scott always had excellent recommendations for local services - contractors, insurance agents, etc. I doubt that we could have accomplished all that we did in a short time without Scott’s assistance. Scott’s friendly demeanor and real estate knowledge combined to make our condo purchase a smooth and pleasurable experience.

WOW, talk about personal service! My new fridge arrived 2.5 months after my closing. I had some problems with the install, the delivery guy said I had no water going to the icemaker. I was telling Dawn in passing what had happened, and she said Mark would be over to take a look at it. He said I needed a new valve, ran to Home Depot and installed for me.......Dawn and Mark are incredible!!!!!
