My wife Cindy and I sold and also purchased our properties with Scott. Scott's market knowledge of the area is second to none. From our listing price to the negotiations he was spot on. His communication was beyond what I've ever experienced with other realtors of the years. We were kept informed via emails and phone calls throughout the process, even when there was no significant updates, he would call just to let you know he was working on your behalf.
