Amber is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really cares about her clients. We were extremely lucky she stayed with us. We first started looking for our home in her area but changed to a location over an hour away. We asked Amber if she wanted us to find a local agent and she said no and continued on. She drove to a couple of homes on different days to do Facetime with us as she walked through the homes. Without her we probably would not have found the home that fit all of our requirements. She does not want to find a house that meets some of the requirements but wants everything her clients want – that is the difference that sets her apart from most. There is a ton more to say about Amber, but I will highly recommend her to anyone. Amber is the best!

I needed my mother (Who is in her 90s and very independent) to move closer to me. Rita found my mother a condo the checked off all of the boxes. Half an hour from me, first floor, wonderful neighborhood, reasonable HOA fees, and close to shopping. The bonus was a beautiful backyard with a lake. My mother sits on her lanai every morning with her coffee looking at the lake and watching the birds. My mother is so happy there! I appreciated how patient Rita was to my mother, explaining all the paperwork, procedures and cost. She made it very easy for all of us! Thank you so much Rita!

Friendly͏ and Accommodating I was connected with Brandon after requesting a tour of a new home that I found online. He called me immediately and was able to schedule the tour the next day. Brandon was very friendly and spent a fair amount of time contacting the builder to get answers to my questions while we were still on property. As I continued my search over the next few months Brandon stayed in contact and forwarded me new listings that met my very specific search criteria. When I asked to view several more homes Brandon was able to set up all five tours in one day with about 24 hours notice. He was happy to make the more than one hour drive to meet me and spend most of the day checking out the new listings along with the clubhouse and fitness center. The offer I made on one of those homes was accepted, and Brandon was very helpful making sure the process went smoothly. I just closed on my new home, and although I hope to never move again, if I do I would certainly engage the services of Brandon Shrout.
