Thank God we found Rachel in our search for a new home after being displaced by hurricane Ian. Buying a new home is the most bureaucratic cumbersome process I have experienced in my 78 years of personal and business dealings. Rachel was there for us every step of the way. She would take charge, contacting the seller's agent, the mortgage broker, and the title company getting results each time a new snafu arose. She would be our first call if we ever again need a new home in Florida.

My family could not have been more happier with Kristen. We were in the midst of putting our mom into a Long Term Care facility when we realized we need to sell the family house. We were referred over to Kirsten by a colleague, and we were a bit apprehensive at first, as we have never sold a house before and had no idea of the ins and outs of the real estate business. Kristen was an absolute delight to work with. She has been a complete professional from day one. She guided us through the entire process step by step and listened to our concerns. She never pressured us into making any decisions we were not comfortable with and when asked, she gave us her professional opinion on all matters. Kristen was very upfront about her commission and those of all the other parties involved. Kristen was available to us pretty much and the clock with any questions that popped into our heads. If she didn't know the answer, she knew someone who would. All in all working with Kristen was a complete joy. On top of her being a wonderful agent, she always had a friendly, positive demeanor. WE MET BRANDO VIA THE INTERNET. I SAW A HOME ON ZILLOW AND WHEN I SHOWED INTEREST, BRANDON CONTACTED ME. HE WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTIONS AND IF HE DIDN’’T KNOW THE ANSWER HE FOUND SOMEONE THAT DID. THE DAY OF CLOSING UPON ARRIVAL OF OUR NEW HOME, WE DISCOVERED THE HOMES AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. I REACHED OUT TO BRANDON AND HE CAME TO THE HOME TO TROUBLE SHOOT. HE SPENT CLOSE TO 2 HOURS ASSISTING MY HUSBAND TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG. UNFORTUNATELY THEY WERE UNABLE TO REPAIR IT, HOWEVER BRANDON HAD A CONTACT WHO HAD ARRANGED TO COME TO THE HOME TO FIX THE UNIT. I APPRECIATE THE SERVICE AFTER THE FACT. HE IS KIND, PROFESSIONAL AND A TRUE GENTLEMAN.
