We knew early on from read reviews Kelly was going to be our agent. We starting look for our home end of November. We saw a house with Kelly which turned out to be what we did not want. Kelly took time out of her day to show us two other houses the last we placed an offer on and moved in Dec 29. By far the easiest and most attentive agent. Couldn’t have asked for better!!!

We began working with Kelly Shipes in January 2023 when Zillow assigned her to our inquiry regarding a home in Florida. From our first contact with Kelly, we knew that we were assigned a professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated realtor. She has extensive knowledge of the real-estate market and is very comfortable working with long distance clients. Kelly was very patient and never pushed us to make any decisions, quite the opposite, she helped us to list pros and cons to help with our decision process. We were not able to be there for many aspects of inspections and walk throughs; however, Kelly was willing to be there and give us a very detailed report and pictures of what transpired, and she asked questions we did not even think of. She also made sure everything was completed and documented for us. She went way above and beyond to make sure the process of looking for and buying our home went smoothly. Kelly never once made us feel we were wasting her time in the 11 months it took to finally find and close on our home. She not only became our realtor in January, but we are also blessed to call her our friend. You will never regret working with Kelly Shipes to find the perfect home.

Brandon, was quick to answer his phone each and every time I called him and if he could not answer at that very moment he was quick to get back with me. I found him very knowledgeable in the reality line of work. He most always had my questions answered immediately and if he did not know the answer or if that answer was in another persons realm he was quick to get and answer for me. Always a desire to please myself and very polite. I would recommend Him to my very best friend at the drop of a hat. Honest to the core, he was up front in very area. It was my pleasure working with him.

We were so fortunate to have Brandon Shrout as our realtor!! Right from the start he was attentive to our wants and provided us with a wide variety of homes to look at when we flew in from New York. The day after we flew in we met Brandon to look at the homes he had arranged for us to look at. He has a quiet demeanor, and is very polite which made our time with him very pleasant and relaxing. He allowed us all the time we needed to view the homes and was available for any questions we had. Occasionally he would ask us our thoughts about the homes we were viewing, but never at any time did he persuade us to head in a certain direction. We were both quite comfortable during our interactions with him. Through Brandon we were able to agree on a price with the seller and entered into contract. When our closing date got delayed because the seller passed away Brandon stayed in constant communication with us, relaying pertinent information as we waited on probate. Again, he was always pleasant and never complained about our continuous inquiries. He assisted us in working with the estate to move our items from -NY into the home prior to an established closing date. In addition he worked with the estate when we were under the wire to move in as the campground we stay at during the summer months was preparing to close for the season. In our opinion Brandon went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for us throughout the entire process. He never wavered in keeping our best interests at heart. He was always telling us if you need anything, just let me know. In closing, we would recommend Brandon for any Real Estate transactions, both selling and buying. He is “THE BEST” !!
