Brandon, was quick to answer his phone each and every time I called him and if he could not answer at that very moment he was quick to get back with me. I found him very knowledgeable in the reality line of work. He most always had my questions answered immediately and if he did not know the answer or if that answer was in another persons realm he was quick to get and answer for me. Always a desire to please myself and very polite. I would recommend Him to my very best friend at the drop of a hat. Honest to the core, he was up front in very area. It was my pleasure working with him.

We were so fortunate to have Brandon Shrout as our realtor!! Right from the start he was attentive to our wants and provided us with a wide variety of homes to look at when we flew in from New York. The day after we flew in we met Brandon to look at the homes he had arranged for us to look at. He has a quiet demeanor, and is very polite which made our time with him very pleasant and relaxing. He allowed us all the time we needed to view the homes and was available for any questions we had. Occasionally he would ask us our thoughts about the homes we were viewing, but never at any time did he persuade us to head in a certain direction. We were both quite comfortable during our interactions with him. Through Brandon we were able to agree on a price with the seller and entered into contract. When our closing date got delayed because the seller passed away Brandon stayed in constant communication with us, relaying pertinent information as we waited on probate. Again, he was always pleasant and never complained about our continuous inquiries. He assisted us in working with the estate to move our items from -NY into the home prior to an established closing date. In addition he worked with the estate when we were under the wire to move in as the campground we stay at during the summer months was preparing to close for the season. In our opinion Brandon went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly for us throughout the entire process. He never wavered in keeping our best interests at heart. He was always telling us if you need anything, just let me know. In closing, we would recommend Brandon for any Real Estate transactions, both selling and buying. He is “THE BEST” !!

Brandon Shrout was excellent in every way. He has a good deal of knowledge about the market, the homes he's showing, and the buying process in general. If Brandon couldn't answer a question about a particular property, he was always on the phone ASAP with the seller's agent to get the facts. Brandon showed a great deal of patience in showing us the 15 properties we were interested in and always made time available for additional properties and 2nd showings. When I had questions about property taxes in the closing statement that the closing agent didn't explain well, Brandon was on the phone with the title company to get me the property tax calculation. That was after I told him it wasn't that important (which I guess it was to me). He even tried to laugh at my bad "Let's Go Brandon!" joke which I'm sure he's heard a hundred times. I really have nothing bad to say about Brandon. He did a great job in putting us in our Florida dream home!

Brandon is at least a 5 star agent. But I would give him a higher rating if I could. Brandon was the person I could text and get an answer and some help from. He was always there for us and I believe made our purchase possible. He is very professional, very dedicated, and a very hard worker. He knows his stuff and was always ahead of us with the right questions and the right answers. Anyone would be fortunate to have him for their agent.

She was wonderful for both houses I've already rated this lovely lady once and will gladly do it again. She was somuch fun to work with our house sold in one day because of her experience at what she does and then she never gave up till she found us this new house. 10 stars for her!!
