We were searching for homes on Zillow in the off chance we might find something that suited what we were looking for. We found a couple interesting homes and requested to take a tour. Within minutes we heard from Amber and started chatting. There was an instant connection and level of comfort that she was our girl! The very next day we were looking at houses. Amber is extrememly knowledgeable about the area in which we were interested and was a complete joy to work with. We felt totally comfortable with her suggestions and rrcommendations and she was very helpful getting us connected with all the people needed to make it all happen. Through the negotiations, Amber always kept our interests and concerns as first priority. She is extremely attentive and made herself available at all times. No matter when I called, she always answered, making herself available to us at all times. If she was not getting answers quick enough from the seller and her agent, she was diligent in staying on top of it to make sure we got answers in a timely manner. We couldnt be happier finding Amber and having her represent us. And now we have a new friend!! Highly recommended!!!

Brandon is 100% responsive to calls and texts. He had appointments set up and did video walk throughs with me within 24 hours of the homes I picked. One of these homes I purchased June 30, 2023. BTW I have still to meet Brandon, our communication was via phone, text and email, as I am out of State. I recommend Brandon Shrout for his quick and friendly attitude. For his knowledge of Summerfield and the surrounding areas, and his attention to detail in home searching/buying.
