Brandon Shrout was excellent in every way. He has a good deal of knowledge about the market, the homes he's showing, and the buying process in general. If Brandon couldn't answer a question about a particular property, he was always on the phone ASAP with the seller's agent to get the facts. Brandon showed a great deal of patience in showing us the 15 properties we were interested in and always made time available for additional properties and 2nd showings. When I had questions about property taxes in the closing statement that the closing agent didn't explain well, Brandon was on the phone with the title company to get me the property tax calculation. That was after I told him it wasn't that important (which I guess it was to me). He even tried to laugh at my bad "Let's Go Brandon!" joke which I'm sure he's heard a hundred times. I really have nothing bad to say about Brandon. He did a great job in putting us in our Florida dream home!

Brandon is at least a 5 star agent. But I would give him a higher rating if I could. Brandon was the person I could text and get an answer and some help from. He was always there for us and I believe made our purchase possible. He is very professional, very dedicated, and a very hard worker. He knows his stuff and was always ahead of us with the right questions and the right answers. Anyone would be fortunate to have him for their agent.

When we decided to look at homes in the Villages, we made an inquiry on Zillow. Rachel reached out pretty fast. We talked. She listened and sent us homes that were fitting of what we were looking for that night. She was available for showings the next day. She was professional and easy going. She explained what was in the area such as entertainment and pools. She discussed the home and possible furnishings as well as any improvements or future renovations. We even discussed renting our new home With each new showing, She listened to our ever changing thoughts, needs and questions. With her help, we were able to find our perfect home and make an offer on it. It was a long distance sale which can be a little stressful. Communication was lacking with our title company but anytime we had an issue; Rachel was able to help us along. We closed on time. She was able to send us videos of our new home reassuring us of its condition. She has still been answering questions we never thought to ask along the way. Thanks to her, we now own a beautiful future retirement home.
