A go-getter! The realtor you need to buy or sell your home.
Excellent communication, and a true go- getter. From finding the right home, to closing on our home quickly, Rachel was there to share her feedback, and knowledge of the properties as well as drop everything to view another home. The process is never an easy one, but with her help she made it truly enjoyable, and smooth. Thank you for taking the time to help us find our dream home, and being there every step of the way.

Caitlin was amazing !!!! She drove miles from her home to get my house on the market, went out of her way to go to see houses for us and FaceTime us so that we could see. Now own a beautiful home
When we decided to look at homes in the Villages, we made an inquiry on Zillow. Rachel reached out pretty fast. We talked. She listened and sent us homes that were fitting of what we were looking for that night. She was available for showings the next day. She was professional and easy going. She explained what was in the area such as entertainment and pools. She discussed the home and possible furnishings as well as any improvements or future renovations. We even discussed renting our new home With each new showing, She listened to our ever changing thoughts, needs and questions. With her help, we were able to find our perfect home and make an offer on it. It was a long distance sale which can be a little stressful. Communication was lacking with our title company but anytime we had an issue; Rachel was able to help us along. We closed on time. She was able to send us videos of our new home reassuring us of its condition. She has still been answering questions we never thought to ask along the way. Thanks to her, we now own a beautiful future retirement home.

Best realtor we have ever used!
This is our third time buying/selling, and we have never had a good experience until Rachel. She was very professional and confident in our listing. Our home sold in a week and for dang near asking price. Highly recommend using Rachel for all of your realtor needs!!

Must call Brandon
Brandon Shrout is by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. He was always available to take our calls anytime of the day. He traveled three hours away from his area to help us purchase a new home. He answered every question and request right away. He is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and always in an upbeat mood. We highly recommend Brandon as your real estate agent. He goes above and beyond and is extremely helpful. Rachel went above and beyond, was genuinely nice and listened to what we wanted.
Rachel was always professional and communication was excellent. Rachel went out of her way to notify us when a new home came on the market that she new would fit our needs! Rachel was always available by text, email or phone weekends, morning and night. She made our purchase easy when it could have been difficult and has gone above and beyond her normal agent duties. I feel like she has become our friend in our new home state!
