Maryanne was a pleasure to work with as both a buyer and seller. She was able to get a listing up and running within 3 days including some incredible pictures of our home. She came to our house prepared with comps in the area and gave us her opinion on listing price but ultimately said she would list it at whatever price we'd like. Since she is so knowledgeable and has extensive experience, we trusted her and sold our home after one open house and above asking price. We also wanted to make sure viewers would remove shoes when seeing our home and she made sure everyone came in either removed shoes or wore booties. Highly recommend Maryanne!

I cannot put into words of how eternally grateful I am for relator Clara Valderama. Being this was the first time I ever had to sell a home, my childhood home as well it was very hard. Clara made this process welcoming and embracing opposed to sad and difficult. From the moment I met her and her son, I knew these were the people worthy of selling a house that holds decades and decades worth of memories in. Clara and her team were nothing shy of sufficient, present, caring, extremely patient and loving. She was not just concerned about selling the house, she was set on selling the house the right way with an excellent compensation she put up for. I can’t thank God enough for placing this woman in my lap for that she knew exactly what she was doing the entire time. Throughout the process of selling my childhood home we came across some hurdles but she stood beside me and walked me through everything. And everything worked out. Everything. Not only is she a fantastic real estate agent but a good woman. A down to earth person with a lot of offer to someone who needs help. I am very grateful for her services and being this such a big chapter of my life I’m proud to say she took part in it.
