Rob walked us through the sale of our home and gave solid advice about how to best show it. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the Long Island housing market. He didn't do an open house or use a lock box because he wanted to know everyone who was coming to our house and he was absolutely correct that we didn't want strangers wandering around the house unsupervised. We had a buyer in a little over a week and we sold for more than our asking price.

Hard to put into so few words how positive our experience was buying a home with Ellen! She was phenomenal, truly. Direct, timely, had tons of ideas and always had the right questions to ask on our behalf. If anything she came up she was available at any hour to help out. Ellen also knew Long Island, the homes, neighborhoods, schools, incredibly well. It wasn’t even worth our time using Google, if we had a question we just asked Ellen!
