This was my first experience selling. Tiffany was extraordinary. She made the selling process very simple, fast , and lucrative. She used a 3d floor plan and virtual staging to attract buyers. This proved to be extremely successful. We received multiple offers at the first showing which brought it over asking price. We closed on the house very quickly and had a fabolous experience with Tiffany. Would definitely use her again and reccommend her to others
