When I started my home buying journey Fonda was ecstatic for me and my big leap she was willing to be by my side every step of the journey. She Always answered my calls day or night, put up with all of my ridiculous questions (as a first time home buyer I certainly had more than a few) she was very pleasant and took her time in explaining to me the process and what to expect along the way. One weekend we were looking for more potential matches and this one on Lanewood was still on zillow so I asked one final time to check and see if it was still available? To our surprise it was finally my turn to get a swing at my dream property! She was able to swiftly set up a viewing for that day. Within minutes of seeing the house i knew this is where i wanted to be. Fonda spent days going back and forth with the sellers to find the right price for me and one that made sense to the sellers, we were finally able to come to an agreement. I felt that only through her optimism and drive and relentless pursuit to my goals were we able to get the house of my dreams. later that year i was able to spend christmas in that home, what a feeling!
