Niel has helped us sell two houses in St. Pete, both under challenging circumstances. The first was my mom's house, after she passed away, and the most recent was my family's house in the Pink Streets. In both instances, the houses weren't occupied, so we relied heavily on Niel to ensure the properties looked their best for showings. He always showed up early to blow leaves off the driveways and pool decks, to turn on the water at the main, lights, etc. Niel also had to contend with a softening market after the two hurricanes of 2024. Through sheer persistence (he held open houses pretty much every weekend), Niel was able to find a wonderful family to enjoy our house we so loved. Niel is a St. Pete native with thorough knowledge about the city and its neighborhoods. I told Meisha what I was looking for, the area that I was interested in and what my price range was, and the time frame that I was looking to move, which was 2 to 3 months......
