Niel has helped us sell two houses in St. Pete, both under challenging circumstances. The first was my mom's house, after she passed away, and the most recent was my family's house in the Pink Streets. In both instances, the houses weren't occupied, so we relied heavily on Niel to ensure the properties looked their best for showings.
